    Hi everyone !i've heard about an exercice made by Virgil Donati called the pyramid of pain.Have you heard of it also?I just wonder what it is about?Have any of you done this exercice?I first heard of it on virgil's forum but they seem not to want to mention it !!!!(maybe only to premium members! [img]graemlins/thumbs_down.gif[/img] ) If anyone knows it can he/she at least tell me what it is about? Thanks [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

    ...[& prob a little more hoitful than ol' "Bobby Rock's" "Octopuss"...whoops, typo].

    Could it be one of those thing he does with the arms going from mounted & FT's to the ones mounted in the air above [& cymbals] in a pyramid shape fashion? Or am i just havin an old hippie gwass flash back or drawin' straws [& pyramids/triangles]...
